This is a very reliable modem that works great with Comcast. I rarely need to reset it, which is in stark contrast to my previous modem!

The modem works great as long as your connection is stable for the most part. I'm not an expert at it but when we had our internet turned on in our apartment the signal was too 'large' in range due to apparently too many wire connections in the path. We were getting disconnected nearly every night until we took out the split in the wall which made the signal barely stable enough for the modem to handle. Other than that, the speed is fine and no other complaints.
